Alfabiotech hoses are designed to be used with biodegradable hydraulic fluids, thanks to the use of an oil resistant synthetic rubber which makes it compatible also with lubricating oils and
petroleum based hydraulic fluids. A new generation of hoses with improved resistance and prolonged life.

Bend radius up to 1/2 compared to SAE 100R
Alfabiotech are compact and very easy to bend hoses. Compared to standards SAE 100 R12/13/15 bend radius is reduced up to 50%.

Flexibility increase

The compact structure with four or six steel wire spirals makes Alfabiotech hoses very flexible and resistant to the highest working pressures. The lower weight makes Alfabiotech easier to handle with the minimum effort for assembling and installation.

Higher abrasion resistance, Minetuff and MSHA cover

The high abrasion resistance makes Alfabiotech hoses the ideal solution for heavy duty applications such as mining, forestry and construction large mobile equipments. Alfabiotech hoses cover is MSHA approved.

Impulse test according to ISO 18752

Alfabiotech hoses are tested according to ISO 18752 up to 1,000,000 cycles exceeding standard SAE 100R requirements.
